All equipment comes fully operated by experienced operators. We mobilise fast across Northern KwaZulu-Natal.
TLB Hire
CAT 426 backhoe loader available for digging, trenching, loading, and general site preparation. Operated hire — our operator comes with the machine.
Truck Hire
Heavy-duty tipper trucks for bulk material transport, spoil removal, and site deliveries across Northern KZN. Available with or without TLB.
Excavating
Full excavation service using our CAT TLB and tipper truck combination. Foundations, trenches, bulk earthworks, and spoil removal.
SUPPLY & DELIVERY
We manufacture and supply quality building materials, delivered to your site anywhere in Northern KwaZulu-Natal.
Building Blocks
Concrete building blocks manufactured on-site using our block machine. Standard and maxi sizes available. Bulk orders welcome.
Retainer Blocks
Interlocking retainer blocks for slope stabilisation, retaining walls, and landscaping. Manufactured to order.
Block Machine
We own and operate our own block-making machine, allowing us to produce building blocks and retainer blocks on demand for your project.

Mr Masinga founded Masinga Plant & Civils (Pty) Ltd in 2020 with a clear vision — to build a proudly black-owned, family-run civils business that serves Northern KwaZulu-Natal with integrity, reliability, and hard work. Under his leadership, the company has grown from a single machine to a full fleet capable of tackling plant hire, civil works, and building materials supply across the region.
